What is H.E.A.R.T.?

H.E.A.R.T. (Holistic Energy Activation & Realignment Therapy) is a powerful new therapy that integrates the tried and true wisdom of ancient healing systems into an easy to follow format. Through the use of muscle testing, a protocol is followed to locate imbalance in Body, Mind and Spirit. Once the location of the imbalance is identified, a TTENSTEPP procedure is followed to find out what is causing the imbalance and how it can be corrected. The correction may involve balancing the Chakras, Reflex Points, Acupuncture Points, Polarity, Cranial Sacral Pump, Pulse Points, and or the use of specially designed herbal formulas, essential oils, breathing, toning and nutritional supplements.

H.E.A.R.T. also allows the practioner to integrate other techniques into the treatment. Therefore, the treatment is taylored to your specific needs.
