Grostic is a gentle upper cervical chiropractic technique that deals with the alignment of the atlas, the first bone at the top of the spine. X-rays may be needed to better assess the position of the atlas.
B.E.S.T. (Bio-Energetics Synchronization Technique) is a non force technique that assesses and corrects memory patterns that may effect the patient physically.
